Certainly.

*sticks tap in barrel, pulls a pint of frothy mead*

This is a metheglyn, or spiced mead. It's basicly fermented honey and water with some cloves, cinamon, nutmeg and allspice. It's not too sweet, which is surprising, but it's very strong, around 14%. (so dont get too carried away. Also warning: mead hangovers are the stuff ledgens are made for!

*pulls a quart and sticks it on the bar*

Well, if you do start, start on Sabre, it's more fun. Skip foil and do Epee, it's as close to Rapier fighting as you can get. The fencing club I'm in also does rapier displays and stuff. Me and my mate were working on one today, it was quite good. He'd lunge, I'd block and push his blade to one side then punch him in the head with my other hand. He'd turn round and I'd block his swinging blow. Then he'd fight me over to where another sword lay on the ground, trip me up so my back was to him, and attempt to bring his sword down on my head, but i'd pick up another sword, and cross them above me, blocking him, before turning round with his trapped swordand flicking it out his hand.
