EMI are culling their list of acts anyway.
Only guaranteed heavy hitters are going to remain on their roster-which is why even Mariah Carey got dumped, though it cost them a fortune.
One might hope that those loud mouth idiots the Gallagher brothers wouldf put money where th'mouth is and refuse to record for EMI under these circumstances, but of course they won't.
