Looking great now - I'll leave it to the more eagle-eyed peers to sift through for grammar etc - but content-wise, it seems to be all there!
Just one tiny little nitpick, you go into first person in footnote 11, which will need to be changed - apart from that, no real major major problems - flows nicely, reads well.
