Afternoon H2G2 world !

Well, I lived there for 22 years, which was long enough for me .. But I return pretty often though.

Not a lot. Nothing I can think of anyway. Ermmm...

Aha - but having said that, the papers today (Tuesday) are full of the new "face of Cheltenham" - a 19yo girl with, shock, horror, six piercings on her face who is apparently adorning all the buses in the town to get young people to vote and make Cheltenham look more young and trendy. Local residents such as Jilly Cooper and the head of the Ladies College are up in arms.

All this excitement - I think I need to lie down in a darkened room !

I dunno. I haven't been out much. Unless you count school as "out", which you can't really.

WAIT a mow. Are you telling me that you live in Cheltenham?! If so - very small world - could fit in your pocket! My mum works at the Laides Colledge, she's a geography teacher. Where do you go to school? I'm at St Edwards (if any on is interesated {doubt it though})

Sorry I've been away but I've been swapping account's and completely forgot to tell H2G2 and it took ages plus a creation of an accidental new site 'fore I got back on track. Then I completely forgot about it. Oops! I'm just about to update this very article (which is how I found this) doo tell me what you think.

Woah, woah woah, wait a minute this is really freaky. I go to Pates grammar school. Although *they* (parents) wanted me to go the ladies' college.. Um, no thanks. Not that I have anything against it, it's just, not me. *shrug*

My thoughts exactlyI really don't believe it, those little people in California (Disney Land to be precice) got it bang on the head. It really is freaky, so freaky that you could not only shake a reasonably sized stick at it but also fold it in half, pop it in a brown paper bag and than call it Arnold!

I'm mad, also dulally, but mostly mad. Mad enough in fact to sit out for and hour or so shortly to see if I can catcha last bit of the metior shower (it's 9:30 and clear at last) Course it was cloudy yestoday at the peak of the leonids, like it allways is. I have a sneeking suspicion that I may be like the rain god in HHGTTG only with clouds as it is allways clougy if there is anything astronomical happening. Oh well.

I never got into Pates, failed at the yr 7 entrance exam (coz of my dyslexica). I'm now in the upper 6th of the above school (somewhere above) and applying for aeronautical engineering. I'm not bitter, it's just those satsumers.
