A Conversation for Talking Point: What do You Dream About?

without trying to analyse dreams to much here is a brief description of one of the most exotic dreams I've had recently:
I'm 16, male, english and of no religion. this dream happened shortly after I accidently broke my guitar neck. This event has clearly mortally wounded me as I don't think I've dreamt the same since.
I was walking up the stairs to my room very late at night. I could tell because of the sensation of the contact lenses in my eyes drying out. I began to walk up the stairs, looking forward to the comfort and warmth of my room which was glowing mystically from the cracks and gaps in the wall. to my dismay the stairs seemed to get longer and my legs were aching.
All of a sudden I felt for certain that I was exactly half way up. A couple of stairs above me was a lamb. when I reached that stair I tried to pick the lamb up, but I daren't bend over because I thought I would fall.
Then I found my self walking up the stairs again. Then I could hear music. It was East 17 singing "Stay". This song, which I don't really like made me feel oddly warm.
When I woke up I felt warm and fuzzy but lost the ability to talk legibly for the rest of the day.
Any ideas on what ist all about?
