This looks like a good entry. This is just a bookmark until I can get a chance to really read through it. In other words, commments to follow shortly.

Sounds like you never played Quake with the cd in the drive - you'd have to add that to the discography as well. The ammunition for the nailgun had NiN printed on the side of the box, and Mr.Reznor did the soundtrack.
This is a good entry, but I was knackered by the end of it. Is there any way it could be shortened - or even split into band and discography?
Ignore all of the above if you like.

cool- i was not aware of the quake thing; i knew he was involved of course but since i'm not myself a quake player... though i'm not sure it belongs on the discography unless it's actually a NIN album and not just something with NIN music on it, since i didn't put any of reznor's other soundtracks on the discography.
is it the entire video/concert description that knackers you or is it just the ending itself? it is sort of abrupt and though i personally find the visual aspects fascinating i'm not sure of its relevance. thanks for the feedback

I'm back. A couple comments:
Having the Halos (by the way, you might want to explain why you call them "halos") numbered seems awkward to me without explanation. Are they in order of release?
Also, are the non-bolded albums simply the singles and alternative albums containing less popular tracks, or are they composed entirely from tracks already on the bolded albums?
Also, you use the first person a couple times, which you'll probably want to remove. The Eds don't want first person in Edited Entries, because they feel it can keep an entry from applying to everyone.
You won't be able to use either of the links to other entries that you provide, since the Eds only allow links to other Edited Entries, but if you want to you can incorperate any information from either entry and simply include Grem or Iaoth as co-authors of this entry.
All for now! As with anything I say, feel completely free to ignore me.

For NIN/Quake soundtrack
See http://www.cd-gold.co.jp/club21/nin/2/nincolle2.html who seem to advertise / sell (?) the quake soundtrack.
The official(?) site lists one or two other releases like the 1999 'Into the void' and the 2002 'Still' (http://www.9inchnails.com/discography/official.php)
Anyway. A great entry that should get into the Guide!

i just updated the entry and made a bunch of the corrections that were suggested... i still haven't looked up the quake thing but if it is an actual NIN release then I suppose it should go on the discography.
also, i'm thinking the ending is weak, and maybe the whole part with the videos etc. should be taken out... suggestions?
