A teleport flash, and all that mess and junk vanishes in a twinkling. The floor becomes visible as the teleport effect dissipates.
"Unh-huh," the disembodied Dr. recrash whistles, rather smugly.

Anyway, he's a little rough, is all. Just hope he don't get into MY storylines for a while.

The doctor paused as his combadge beeped. Still frothing at the mouth and dancing on Fester's table, he garbled:
"Yes... Psyche ward? Oh, I'm indisposed right now. Heehee... But don't I have another patient in there? This weird girl? Well, I let her out!"

Fester turns to see his missing Chief Medical Officer in front of his desk.

Glowing white lab coat over fitted dark clothes, intense as capable as ever. A little gaunter, a little more taut, as if he had gone through something grueling.
