h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

1978 Mg Midget, 1500cc. Has Tax and MOT till december. It is getting neglected in my garage and really needs someone to pay it some attention. Mostly solid, new hood and exhaust not too long ago, could do with new suspension though but that shouldn't cost too much.

I have no idea how much I would get for it.... so say £1,000?

Oh and I have a spare set of 5 wheels for it too suitable for other small cars such as mini's etc.

I'd love it as a runabout, but I can't afford it either. The price does sound attractive though, Mrs McCloud - what's wrong with the suspension?

just gone soft could do with mew dampers around think are about £12 each from MGBHive.

As for the price am considering putting it on EBay when have a digital photo to put up. Will prolly sell for less.

most dissapointed it was MG Silverstone this weekend but didn't know till it was too late to go.

Yer, it was terrible weather, really rainy and windy. They cancelled all the qualifying and paractice laps and so the drivers just got a couple of laps behind the pace car before the race started.

Then there was a bad accident at the start and the race was red flagged! One of the Class A cars stalled and a class 2 or class 3 car rammed it heavily up the ass. The stalled cars fibre glass just shattered and medics rushed to him for a few mins and took him away in an ambulance but I think he was
