There being some indication that the Powers will be here monitoring Feedback on the smiley situation I must take this opportunity to say:
'Yes, I wanted to use the 
symbol as my signature, and while I am sincerely grateful for its creation, I am unable to warm to it in its present condition. The lines are too thin, and on a 'smiley-yellow' background it looks like a very grim and eye-less unhappy-face. A thickening of the lines and another colour would improve it greatly. And then I would be very happy to use it, all of the time.'
