Can I take it from the list that nobody's written about Talleyrand yet? I wrote a long essay about him for my degree, which I'm sure I could adapt into a guide entry. So can I?

Talleyrand is a great one, coz he has such staying power! In there at the outset and still active under the restoration regime, if i recall correctly!

it'd be a great one to get into the project. Look forward to seeing how you get on.

Progress with Talleyrand is slow but sure, though I'm not too keen on some of my early bits. I need a weekend free to have a real go at it.
And to stop thinking about other things to do.

I'm at work all this weekend, which peversely means I've got a perfect opportunity to get it finished. It should be done by Monday

Would you consider dropping it into the Writing workshop when you're more or less done with it? You might get some handy feedback before i slot it in definitively.
