Sounds like that made some of the GreyDesk's hair grey!
After you're done with the hair dye would you like another?

GreyDesk Posted Feb 4, 2002
Nah, the only tats I've got are the ones I did whilst I was bored at the back of the class in my old school days. They've faded now, thank god
Now if you'd asked me this question at almost any other time in my life, I would have gone with the Thin White Duke. But times change...
T'Rex have been sampled into so many great trancey records over the last few years that it just has to be them now

I meant tatooing the top of your head with a hairlike pattern. (that's my plan)
I really expected a Bowie win there. I love that TRex song tho'.
Thanks for keeping the tourney surprising!

GreyDesk Posted Feb 5, 2002
Oh I misunderstood you. No, I have no hair through choice no genetics. I've got a perfect barnet but each hair is no more than a quarter inch long

GreyDesk Posted Feb 6, 2002
Actually its getting a bit long now. I need to have it all shaved off again. All the better to nut folk with

Oooh its gets harder doesn't it.
I really rather like that Midnight Oil track. Its nice and catchy, the video as I recall was excellent.
Well one has to go and I must stay true to my Punk roots, so its bye-bye to the Aussies and rock on Chrissie
* wanders off to look for downloadable Midnight Oil tracks on Morpheus *

Bracket 1:
Roxy Music - That was easy
Bracket 2:
Nah, two bunches of old farts. Can I vote for Roxy Music again? No, thought not Well I guess as push has come to shove, it will have to be the Stones. The reasoning
i) Keef has shown that there *are* exceptions to what you're doctor told you about drinking and smoking
ii) I once spent an unpleasant evening sharing a minibus with a bunch of earnest Christians who tried to entertain me with acapella S&G numbers
Bracket 3:
The Thin Dead Dude beats the Fat Dead Dude every time
Bracket 4:
S**t
S**t piss f**k b******s
I love them both and I really really really cannot decide
I vote for which ever one of them needs the vote the most to propel them into the top 4.
Total cop out.
Sorry....

Well as three of my four favourites died in the last round, no.

HERE'S THE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH!!!
After 62 matches the final two left standing are a bit of a surprise to me, being that they are both from the very beginnings of Rock n Roll in the 1950s. There is an arguement for many other songs to be here other than these, but somehow it seems fitting that two of the founding fathers should face off for the title.
So here goes-
Johnny B. Goode – Chuck Berry
vs.
Jailhouse Rock – Elvis Presley
Thank you for making this so much fun!
