A Conversation for Talking Point: Do You Believe in Ghosts?

I used to work as a paramedic for a hospital-based ambulance service.
It was a small hospital and we'd often get called to help the nurses when we weren't busy.
One night, the phone rang and I heard only a sort of wind-like noise on the receiver.
I thought it was just a bad connection and went to the nurse's station to see if they needed anything. They were all in patient rooms, busy, but not frantic as if they needed help, so I waited till they came out and asked what they wanted.
They swore they didn't try to call me and I accused them of playing a joke.
Just then, the door to an unoccupied room slammed shut. Hard.
I opened the door, and there was no one inside, and the window was closed.
I never could explain what happened, and haven't experience anythign like it before or since.
I still get the wheebies just thinking about it, though.
