Well, to my knowledge, we haven't seen a course description yet... You can set the precedent!!! YAY!!!
Let's say that one semester is sixteen weeks(just because that's what I have, and I am being arbitrary), with a week off in the middle somewhere.
We will need to know if there are any textbooks you will be teaching of, and students need to be aware of the supplies they will need to take your course.
A break down of grading would also be valuable.
It occurs to me that Monster Uni could use a campus bookstore where they can purchase texts and school supplies... herrrmmm.... 
It's cool you are taking so much interest in this... I want you to know that Monster University is REALLY Bluebottle's baby, but I wield SOME power, too... He might step in.... but I think that since you are now inspired to create a course description, you should go ahead and begin!!!
