Not unlike "Why I dared not tell you who I am"
This is day 3.
D 1, a dazzled tourist.
D 2, by-standing....
Then some trial...
The universe, time and space, matters and materials, men and creatures taught me so.
What the much of all, when I still have chance to:
A PLANNING of UN and Global POPULATION.
It's said human is the worst pollution of all; I second with the addition of "surplus" to human-where do I draw line?- beyond the population for self-sufficient life, all redundant!
The almity is just a word before control of desire to out-beget, out-beat even out-last(then came the legend back-primitive men lived 800 year in lives; sounds a bit too long by modern standard. The modern birth, aging, sickness and death natural phenomena? Think hard! Again and again!) I'd say the few is precious, not the other way.

Is it a rant about over-population?
Made me think of Swift's "Modest Proposal", which we read in class last week.

Hi, "Repliers",
Your posts meant a lot of catching-ups.
Before having time to read, think and do my share with them well, let me first utter small pieces:
Analogy mite better be limited itself, beyond the original (who knows what?) the inciting is interesting (like for MATRIX).
Our sight, hearing....etc. senses are all tiny strips in their spectra.
Our nerve system is as if not more vulnerable than pc in the web to infusion and accessing! At least to me, up this point.
For now.

Hi, Whisky,
Thanks for getting our future hope off my back.
Then again, one moment pls, "our future hope off my back" -detached from lifebuoy, anything to celebrate?
Glad to know France, the ¡§Nation of Law¡¨ in my mother tongue, is cool.
What happens to the state whose words are the most buty on earth?
Now, words are your trade, mind drop me a line on what Sartre did to the top buty having had some words standing for 2 meanings? Making the best words for law any different?
A free association hitting me: Just as machine-propagated industrialization did to manpower biz, translation soft ware must have no less to the trade---Cud our existentialist experience, sense or fore-see this disaster and made a mend?
Chat,

Hi again Phildzo...
(Apologies to everyone else in the thread... This is probably going to drift _way_ off-topic)
I noticed by another post you made that you're Taiwanese... As I can't speak a word of your language I shouldn't really criticise your mastery of the english language, but having said that, I do have difficulty from time to time understanding exactly what you're saying, so I hope you'll forgive any misunderstandings.

Don't believe everything you read in the press or see on TV! If you did, you'd probably think France was in the middle of a second revolution!
In actual fact, the vast majority of France has been completely unaffected by what you're seeing on your TV set (Personally, the only problems I've had is that the buses have stopped running earlier than normal!)
There are racial problems over here, and they do need sorting desparately, but the rioting you've seen is a lot less prevalent than you might think.

Sorry Satre just isn't my strongpoint!

Computerised translations are still way too inefficient to be a serious threat to my job! Whilst you can translate a simple phrase with a machine, the sort of documents I write are either commercial, and require a certain turn-of-phrase and style that a computer just isn't capable of producing, or deeply technical, which requires an understanding of the subject that goes well beyond just the words used.
A computer can replace one word with another, but it can't 'understand' the meaning of a paragraph and really 'translate' that meaning into a foreign language.
By the way, welcome to h2g2!

Hi, Whisky,
Thanks for your hospitality! And consideration, and insight¡K¡K. You got me alrite. Not cut for writing, I mostly made some briefs. Too bad my ¡§accent¡¨ is too heavy.
Mite as better let it be shifted all together to my journal, then editors don¡¦t have to bother the drifts.
About Sartre have I only faint impression of his ¡§inter-abuse¡¨ of defer with differ, still it meant huge, then; and now merit of resisting machine encroachment is finally recognized. I¡¦ve to say you picked a right branch!
Chat.
