Who's Mr Saxon?

Christmas special, towards the end, you see a tank driving through the streets of London and hear a transmission coming in through its radio...

"Message from Mr Saxon... Fire at will!"

----

Then, right at the end of Episode I - in the alley, there's a poster on the wall saying "Vote Saxon"...

----

Then of course there's this...

Also at the end when Martha's sat in her bedroom you can hear on the radio 'This proves Mr. Saxon is right, there are aliens out there', or something along those lines.

Ferrettbadger. The Renegade Master

Well the lads from "Life on Mars" said whilst on Soccer AM that John Simm couldn't come on because he was off being filmed for Dr Who as "The Master".....

Ferrettbadger. The Renegade Master

According to wikipedia (so big pinches of salt please) Mister Saxon is an anagram of Master no six. It goes on to say that John Simm would indeed be the sixth actor to play the master (allthough given he has had more than six regenerations that does not seem to make that much sense).

Mr. Dreadful - But really I'm not actually your friend, but I am...

The Master has had more than six regenerations, but only six people have portrayed him on screen.

And there should also be a link to something called Lazarus Labs on the Saxon webpage. And one of the contact persons for Lazarus Labs is a Tish Jones, which was a family member of Martha.

I know, but you also said there being only six actors who have offically played the Master doesn't make sense because he's had more than six regenerations...

Smij - Formerly Jimster

... and while that's a handy anagram, it's also a) coincidence and b) wrong, because seven actors have been credited with playing the Master on TV.

Poor Gordon Tipple. Never remembered, is he?
