h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

After I graduate from uni in The Summer of 2002 I'm hoping to travel to America to vist Amy+ and others and to attend Shea and TJ's wedding (!)

I'm looking seriously at saving as much money as possible over the next few months to help fund the trip, so regretfully I'm *not* now going to be going to London at the end of January for the Meet-up.

Well, now it looks like I might be coming after all...oh good grief could I make this any more difficult?
Subject to the proviso of the planned train strike the day before not scuppering my plans totally...I might be able to come down to London for a *brief* visit - and frankly I'm looking forward to it after the drudgery of rpeparing for Uni exams.

Well, I was going to move you to the list of those with whom RL had interfered but seeing as you can perhaps now, maybe, if possible, be able to make it, I won't ... thought it best that you knew ...
