Probably not Ming Mang!
We are mentioning some of the most awful commercial records ever released! How they ever got primetime airing is beyond me!
'The Laughing Policeman', for example, seems to be a whole record of one man forcing belly laughs for 90% of the recording! Extremely annoying!
'A Policemans Lot is Not a Happy One', however, is far superior, but that was written in the late 19 century by Gilbert and Sullivan.

It's the kind of thing they sometimes play at children's parties.
Oh, and at one point in one of the videos in the police history part of the Galleries of Justice in Nottingham, UK. Most, most irritating, it earned a few scowls from the people I was going around with any myself (they're all policemen themselves, you see, and none of them laugh even a little bit like that).
