MSNBC and CNN, have put up some good introductory material on chemical and biological weapons. Of course, there'd have to be some stuff on the h2g2 entry that distinguishes it from what's on the news sites...

I'll check that out. I was going to mostly use the stuff out of my wife's Chem/Bio book, some personal recollections, and maybe contact a hazmat instructor I had.
My main interest is in practical measures that can be taken by normal people in the event of an attack.
