*muffled thumping, a long silence, and then the unmistakeable yodel of a modem*

*Enters and sits at table near the door, so that he is facing the door and his back is against the wall. Takes out a deck of cards and starts dealing solitaire. He seems intent on his game, but his eyes take in everything going on in the room. He hears a sound from the closet and he cocks his head, like in the old RCA commercials.*

*mysteriously fills his cup with coffee from the thermos. Nobody notices.*
*fits extranious noise filters in his ears to filter out some of the noise GL is making with the cards, and the modem noise is particularily loud today. Must be the lack of sleep*
