Mmm sounds delicious, what sort of help did you want with this??
Can i suggest including the measurements in metric (is that it) you know lbs and all that. (not that i ever use those measurements but it's probably a good idea to include them)

Ta for the comments! I really just wanted to know if this was OK to stick up for Peer Review. I take the point about metric. Myself, i always work in Imperial but I shall set about some conversions!
