Printoutable texts can be difficult to sort out, size wise.
My freind does a nifty pdf, which I think is the most portable document format. I'll try to figure it out.
Something small enough to send as an email attachment, printoutable on A4 to fold in half would probably be best. If you could just priint it, fold it, staple it and then stick it in thepost that would be best. Folk can be real lazy.

That seems ideal. As you say, folks can be lazy; so the least amount of effort between motivation and action the better.
