Baz Luhrmann should be sued for giving a false impression in the film...

does anyone know a decent recipe. Most of the bottled types here are Le Piss. Is it really as simple as soaking dry wormwood in ethanol? I've tryed the silly bottled types, one shot, burnt sugar etc etc, with plenty of other booze its ok, but i want the real ear-chopping, sight-seeing mcoy people! On a side note, my girlfriends name is Faye and shes got an obsession with being the green fairy, just thought youd like to know...

To one of the above comments here is my answer
I must add that Hill's is crap, it is not a real Absinth (see the missing E as it is czech) as it is not made like real absinthes, it is pretty much vodka and wormwood oil and just tastes of chemicals. Real absinthes like La Fee use quality distillation methods and real herbs and have a less chemical and more natural taste.
Hill's only took advantage because it saw the market potential a few years back.
