American Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 4oz Margerine
  • 4½ oz Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 8oz Plain Flour
  • 1 tspn Baking Powder
  • 1 Packet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Drops Vanilla Essence

Method

  1. Beat sugar and margerine together.
  2. Add egg and beat into sugar and margerine mixture.
  3. Sift flour. Add essence and Chocolate chips.
  4. Mix together, divide into 15 pieces and flatten out.
  5. Bake for 10 mins at 170°C.
