Yes, real wood.. not that fake stuff. Rugs on the floor and cozy chairs all around...

I will miss that Tom Bombadil... quite a shame they have left him out of the Fellowship of the Ring smiley - sadface

Still, it looks like Peter Jackson has done an exceptional job smiley - biggrin

If you can ease your bad back out of that comfy chair, I'm going to see LOTR at the Odeon in Chelmsford, Essex with my entire family. Should be great.

When does it open in Essex? Here in the states it comes out December 19th...

...T-Minus 9 Days...

And you might want to be a bit cautious if your family includes any little ones. I've heard that the battle scenes are quite gruesome.

T minus 8 days.

Our youngest is 15, so violence is not a problem. It is the 19th here too.

the other omylouse "multiply (1*6) by (6*1+0+3)!"

I sit beside the fire & think
Of all that i have seen,
Of meadow flowers and butterflies
In summers that have been.

Of yellow leaves and gossamer
In autumns that there were,
Of morning mist and silver sun,
And wind upon my hair.

I sit beside the fire and think
Of how the world shall be
When winter comes without a spring
That i shall ever see.

For there are still so many things
That i have never seen.
In every wood, in every spring,
There is a different green.

I sit beside the fire and think
Of people long ago.
And people who will see a world
That i shall never know.

But most of all i sit and think
Of how things were before,
And listen for returning feet,
And voices at the door.
