If everyone else sees it ok then it must be something about my setup.

There's definitely something weird happening in IE7 and 8. The bottom section is showing blank apart from the links yet it's fine in other browsers. smiley - huh

And if I use IE8 without signing in the bottom sections are invisible
yet once I use my BBCi sign-in and look at it in IE8 the missing material reappears.

Have you also noted the problem is specific to Brunel
In other skins it is fine.

Hi Shagbark. We've checked the problem sections in isolation and they seem to be fine. The only issue we can see is that you have added Entry Locations, a function that isn't supported on all skins and browsers (and should really be disabled). We're looking at fixing this in the redesign, but in the meantime could you remove the Locations and resave, to see if that does the trick. Many thanks. smiley - ok

It looks like you put your finger on the problem.
I have removed these location (maps) smiley - zen
Is everyone happy with the article now?

I've just looked at this again both signed out and in and its still showing the bottom section as blank with just the blue hyper-links showing scattered over the page. Again only in IE7 and IE8. smiley - erm
I've not known this happen before and have no idea why its happening to this specific article.

I think I will try copying the article to another location and see if the problem follows. If not we can delete this copy bugs and all smiley - winkeye.

Well, that didn't work.
If you search for Oklahoma (second revised copy)
you will see it still has the same problem.

Have you tried removing the map location facility?

A61939551 - Oklahoma-USA

Post 57

I removed the maps and resaved.
I don't see any button to remove the entire facility.
that may require a higher permission grade than I have to do.

I also removed the Extra Research line at the bottom and resaved and it seems to have solved it for now.
Somebody else try it and see.
