KL-Hmmm, all this playfully teasing of Y2K and company has given me an idea....Y2K, could you make, oh, I don't know, hundreds of thousands of clones of yourself that could all be destroyed at the touch of a button? I think I've just conceived of a plan that should be released at the same time as a certain approaching movie.

You know, I think it would. Because the self-destruct chip is so imbedded into the genetic coding of nearly all of the STUMPED agents, the chip itself would also be cloned at a cellular level.
