A Conversation for The Nordic Researchers Club
Is this place deserted? I don't think so.

I was just wondering if there would be any good reason for another Nordic meet-up. Any ideas? Reasons? Suggestions?

Is there any reason not to?

Good. Well, if nothing else works out then I'll have my usual traveling meet-up. I have this flight voucher to use. DK sounds like a pl.. good idea to me. It always does.

*makes the note to end all notes*
seriously though, what about next summer? i plan to go to london in may (weeks 19 and 20) but don't even know yet if i have holidays then
i will have to apply for holidays within the next week so it would be nice to know what is feasible
we could meet here (when i don't have to w*rk). the local sights to be seen are the medieval centre, the rather smallish local zoo and the ocean with an extremely long beach
there is a rather nice youth hostel and a few hotels and motels as well

Feasible? I'll just see what ideas you dream up. I'll be there. June is not the best month of choice but May, July, August are good enough for me.

Ah yes, and the sooner it's decided the better it is. Flight tickets and such, you know.
I know, booking tickets in advance has some risk in it but that's the usual with planning.

i certainly hope so. i already had to pay 500 of the 4000 kroner rent for the flat and they will be lost if i am not able to go there
but i am almost confident
