It hasn't been so busy here for ages.
So, is all the snow gone from Finland (well, I mean the southern part) by now?

I think so, I haven't registered any lately (though I tend to walk about without actually seeing or hearing anything, so I can't be used as a Reliable Source). Though, outside my office building there was a big pile of snow just last week - at least two meters wide and half a meter high.

I haven't seen any leaves yet but I have seen a lot of buds, though. Okay, they were specifically pointed out to me. I would've missed them otherwise. I usually notice other kind of things. Yesterday I saw the cutest little golden retriever puppy. So adorable he was.

Yup, buds and no snow. I can vouch for that.
But if you look in the woods you can still find some!
Ah, how I miss the five meter high, bus-length piles of snow from the market place...

I think if I were to follow your lead I'd be in trouble. I'd probably end up with a bordercollie, bernese mountain dog and a golden retriever. I just love dogs. The list is short of a borzoi; mom had to put him to sleep because of bone cancer a few weeks ago.

Hi terry^2 (or is it terry x 2?)
Welcome - always a good occasion for
And I'm sufficiently south of Finland to have absolutely no snow and beech trees turning green. Yay!
