Hi, I'm Venom and I would like to aid the fight. I love cats, H2G2, and I greatly enjoyed the cathouse page. *produces large arsenal of anti-canine weaponry, including (my personal favorite) the flea collar reversal cannon* Where do I sign?

Stupid canines! *reverts to human form, which has not been curiositized* I'll talk to someone and get that worked out. *Whips out his flea collar reverser and burns every dog within 5 miles*
The flea collar reverser is a little device that I devised that reverses the effect of a flea collar on whatever animal it hits, meaning that instead of killing and repelling fleas, it generates and attracts them.
