Call me weird (many people do), but I really can't bear being out in falling snow... I'm quite alright when the snow has settled on the ground, but falling from the sky just does my head in!!

I'm also not keep on spiders or heights.... but that's quite ordinary in comparison to my iced rain complex smiley - yawn

As 'soft and fluffy' as it may be; I just don't like it.

I am sure that as a child I would have gone charging around in the snow; I cannot remember when I first realised that it troubled me. I do remember making snowmen (a particularly large one was assembled on my parents front lawn at one time --- it had a multple large snowball base and reached up to the first floor windows: not a solo effort I might add), and I'm sure I didn't wait for it to stop snowing before leaping out in my wellington equiped feet.

On one episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" it started to snow in Sunnydale (Angel was waiting for the sun to come up in order to destroy himself, and Buffy came along to persaud him not to.... and it started to snow): my first thought was "Urgh, I'm glad I'm not Xander" (who was sleeping outside to stay away from his parents... it's a long story, don't worry about it). I think that the appropriate reaction would have been more along the lines of "Aw, how nice, and now the sun isn't going to come out and Angel is going to be nice and safe in Buffys arms....

...and perhaps I should get out more smiley - winkeye

Snow has such intricate patterns smiley - smiley
You can be creative as you were with the snow man but then the sun arrives and melts it!
Then you can create with sand ..lots of sand castles !! and the tide comes in and washes it all away !
You can create with food ....lots of super receipes and then some one comes along and eats it !
Moral of the story only create with solid ingredients and only fear solid things smiley - winkeye

I also should get out more dont you think smiley - winkeye
