I'm Melanistic(Black) Panther of the genus Panthera Onca and has no natural enemies (except hunters), I hereby pledge not to consider your members as a food source - should you either choose to:
1. Sign a Peace treaty.
2. Make me a silent member.

These are our normal terms for neutrality. It places an obligation upon you to not to engage in overt or covert activities contrary to our interests or in support of those of the Cats. In return we enter into an binding agreement not to involve you in hostilities.
Terms may be revoked upon 30 days notice in writing from either party. If you agree you'll get a free posting on the Dog House page to that effect and a set of ACF Dog Tags so that you may be recognised by our membership
