Well I'm (A) and (C) I don't have kids and I'm scrooge this year I've gone off Christmas I think its a money making racket for Gordon Brown. So I told my partner I don't believe in Christmas and he said don't bother coming if I'm going to be like this so be it. People go mad buying the latest gagget is it not ment to be about jesus (Even tho he's a mith) I don't have the Christmas spirit this year. I can't be doing with ruddy well look at that one on its side and this upside down how I don't believe in there won't be any this year either hence the planet is getting warmer. Yep I'm just a person this year I just can't be botherd with Christmas. Don't let me stop you having fun.. I'll just have a normal day like I did a few years ago while I was home alone..

I complained to a colleague at work a couple of years ago -
"I say we should tell the kids about - after all, I'm the one who goes t work t pay for the s, I'm the one who wraps them, why should some fat git with a beard get all the credit?"
My colleague looked at me, and replied,
"You don't!"

Nope <./>Post Team</.> its all true for a number of years I just think to myself *WHY* Whats the point in all of this. I'm not religous I don't goto church, Christmas is for those who believe in god/jesus I don't believe in them so Christmas don't exist and all the other public holidays eg Easter, You buy your kids/niece etc the latest toy what do they play with the most eh? The box it came in! I tried having a phone convo with my partner Saturday gone hence I've not been in contact since last Wednesday, I switched off my mobi phone took the handset off the cradle of the landline, I checked my Emails I had one on lines of I'm making him feel ill, he couldn't eat, sleep because I've not been in contact for four days, I kept telling him I'm not feeling myself, his answer was "I can't do this Dale" "Your making me ill" He knew my out come when we first met 10th April 2004 and what I mean he knew I have health problems aka Mental Health since 2002. I used to goto my Brothers for Xmas it was the same old same every year for over 4years There must be others out there who feel the same about Christmas surely not just me (I'll open a club up for those who don't believe in Christmas etc)
Some on here might just say I'm a right so and so, I don't care I've past caring. I shall sit on my own in my house while you all took into your Xmas dinners with your family around you thats one thing I no longer have. Anyway this is nor the place to be what ever you want to call me! I must log out now. Time Stamp 13:51 30th Nov 2009.

Those who hate Christmas could always join our Russian Orthodox and Jewish friends who usually congregate in Philadelphia's Chinatown for dim sum on this date. (The Russian Orthodox refuse to use the western calendar, but we tell them it's because they want to buy Christmas cards in the after-season sale.)
Me, I'd never seen an advent calendar till I went to Germany. We don't have advent where I come from. At least, we didn't use to. Now we've gone all uptown and Yankee and they have 'Hanging of the Greens'...
...although me and the (really) old folks suggested mustard greens...
Anyway, why not do as I do? Let everybody celebrate whatever the malarkey they want to, and do as you please?
No skin off my nose if people believe in jolly elves...
Anyway, it's a pretty calendar and a clever idea, whether it conforms to dearly held traditions or not.
