It may be funny but saying 'If you take a wrong turnoff it can take all day to get back to where you wanted' isn't quite right.
You just go all the way around the next roundabout until you're heading back the way you came. Easy.

Maybe true on a map, but due to the trans-dimensional nature of those bastard roundabouts, it never works in practice. GPS systems die out of sheer overwork.
