Now how do you pronounce that word? I tried but kept getting lost somewhere in the middle of it

i can say the first part or the second, but get it all wrong if i try to join them together.













ps. sorry for the lowercase writing, but i'm using one hand to eat humus, so i type with just the one hand left. i was thinking of having a third hand transplanted so i can eat humus and still communicate properly.

Where would the third hand be attached to. I think you would also need to have a third arm transplanted onto your body also.
