We are freezing here I mean its cold it's supposed to get down to -14'c here this morning. althought I seriously doubt it as I just checked the weather channel and they said it was -8'c It's supposed to up to 18'c next Friday though It's like that around here like a roller coaster in the winter.

Whoa - I don't think I've ever been in that kind of weather - I've only seen snow once.
It's getting warm here again, but it was cold a few days ago, with lots of strong winds, and we all had our heaters on. I heard that it was hailing in Melbourne... and they call this the middle of summer!!

Well it could be worse. You could be here for one summer. Trust me you would'nt like it. Try to imagine living in a sauna only hotter and with more humidity. Then you have summer in Memphis. No lie I've told you about it. So when do you get back to school. I miss our daily chats. Well I have to w*rk on New Years over night it will be a new year when I get out of w*rk. Oh well I need the cash so I can't complain.

I'll probably be able to post more often around the 28th January, so you'll have to hang on till then.
It's a bummer about you having to work NYE, but at least there will be other parties you'll be able to go to, if not the New Year ones. Maybe you could have a late New Year party to make up for it?

Well I was off New Years day and I had promissed a friend off mine I would by some shrimp and stuff for a feast of sorts. We had a great time. He's my bestest friend in RL. I've known him for over twenty years. I love his children like they were my nieces and nephew and his wife is really being nice to me as of late. She use to could'nt stand me. I've done nothing to her to get such a responce so I think the problen lies with her not me. So your going to be back on the 28th or just posting more? I liked it went we talked everyday me little friend. I still have plenty of stuff to share with you to help get you ahead of the game of life. As I know you have the intelligence to use it for yours and others good. My Dad told me stuff as a young man to help me have one up on things. Yet I lost it in translation. He told me the same as I got older I got it then yet I've already made the mistakes he was trying to help me avoid. Go figure.
Have a great time on whats left off your summer vaction.

Hello there
I flew in on Sunday. Will be here for good, all being well. Can I be an official A&NZ hootooer please ?
No fixed abode for a while though Terrey Hills, NSW right now. Charters Towers, Qld next. Then Childers. Then 1770 I hope. Then ... who knows?
Go have a gander at my PS if you need to know more about me before I'm allowed into the club
I have written a Guide Entry on Cooktown btw ... A1921150 ... Does that help me get in?

Frenchbean! Welcome!
Cafram does the page updates, when she can... you might as well consider yourself a member already.
(There's a current thread about a possible Sydney meet, by the way...)

Well, I think you're ideally placed to roam the countryside, tracking down hootoo researchers and trying to collect the set...
One of these days, I'm sure there'll be another Sydney meet opportunity.
