Meet-up, etc

*Phew*.
Yes, I made it.
Having braved the wilds of Fitzroy St (where I was approached by a young lady - an Eskimo apparently, who feels no cold) I found the Espy to be a warm haven equipped with all types of restorative beverage and more, and not packed to the rafters (a good thing for any gibbons who might feel in need of a swing ).
I feel that - if care is taken while travelling - it would make an excellent venue for a meeting of researchers.
Apologies for the lateness of my report, but the Sphinx ate my homework.
Honest!
Meet-up, etc

Coming to the national meet-up on the 28th of December LÒÒny?
Okay, bottom of the stairs in front of the Espy at 1400 (there's a nice big wide footpath. What, then, shall be our identification?
Organisation? What's that?
silverygibbon Posted Aug 28, 2001
It seems somehow appropriate that (instead of a red carnation in our buttonholes) we might identify ourselves by carrying a copy of "The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy".
Or a towel perhaps?
OK. So it's ...
Saturday September 15th.
14:00 (2 pm)
On the footpath by the stairs at the front.
All those in favour?
Key: Complain about this post

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
