You'd be surprised just how high my foot can reach and just how hard my toes can connect with certain objects and it's all thanks to practicing Yoga regularly. 
Also, as an experienced Yogini, I'm able to ignore physical pain, so and , your force fields are useless!

The only thing she could be, to get in is a intelegent shade of the colour blue, and I dout that.
looks more like a ravid beast to me. (perhaps if we closed our eyes it would go away?)
