Editor's Apology!

*Kicks Pierce on his not wooden shin*
So somewhere along the line, a woolly mammoth stole my second brain cell?
*Wonders where this woolly mammoth could be and whether she could find someone brave enough to capture it*
OR...Wowbagger are you insinuating that I'm ancient enough to have been around when there were cavemen/woolly mammoths?
Think very carefully before you answer the question Wowbagger as your life may depend upon it!

*Sulks profusely and wishes that her brain cell would come up with a suitably witty repost, but in the meantime resorts to personal insults*
Well at least having such a small and malfunctioning brain cell means that I don't mind associating with such feeble-minded companions!

Ewwww! Why would I want to be like you lot??????
Well I've heard that all men secretly wish they could be their mothers and enjoy wearing women's clothing...
*Crosses her fingers and toes and tries to look nonchalant*

I'd be careful Wowbagger, if I were you (not that I'd want to be of course!), as I've heard rumours that Linus has a "thing" for s!

This is absurd, Gwennie! If I wore my mothers clothes I would look like Maggie Thatcher - and even Maggie Thatcher doesn't want to look like that!

*Wonders how much dosh she can extort from Pierce to prevent her from sending his picture to Maggie's hubby, Dennis*
Sleepless nights Wowbagger? LOL I thought that you'd be used to that sort of thing at the moment!

No sleepless nights - he's slept all night (6pm to 6am) for the last 3 months. And yes I KNOW how lucky we are LOL

Mair was the same until she got to about 3 months old and then it was almost impossible to get her to sleep at night. Still, once she did drop off, she slept right through until I had to wake her to get her ready for the trip to the child minder.
Chris, on the other hand was exactly the opposite and used to wake me up at all hours - especially after we moved to NZ when he was six week's old!
So, are there any plans for a second baby Wowbagger in the offing?

In the meantime I am sure both Gwennie and I will cherish every quiet night until the day that *our* children will leave *their* children to "sleep" at their grandparents

Awww.....Don't go getting this post-menopausal, hormonally challenged old biddy all broody again Pierce!
Mair says that she's having her ovaries removed and will donate her eggs to science because she never wants children... (I had a similar attitude until Mair arrived and had even asked my GP if I could be sterilised on the NHS but fortunately he refused!)
The s would spend years trying to unravel what Mair gave them and would never succeed!!!!

Oops!
(Hey, ms G, It's way too early to worry about what Mair may want to do or not do when she comes to age, right? )
