This is the thread to sign up to be a judge in our very own courtroom. Please make your case as clearly as possible so the Syndicate... I mean the people, can decide whether you are of sound mind and wallet.

So all you have to do to be a judge is sign up? Sounds like solid ground for a good justice system.

I think I saw him outside collecting money from one of the previous declared-innocent defendants.

I wish to address the issue of the fact that we don't have any way of actually commiting any crimes in this virtual world, except for moral crimes, and those are the very crimes that no one can judge lest they be judged them selves.

Damn it, I think I should be a judge on the kangaroo court on account of my... diplomacy, that's it! Plus I'm a) young, b) a woman and c) from an ethnic minority so it'd look really good and politically correct.

That is another good reason why this is the Kangeroo Court
You commit a crime by describing the crime being done by your persona. You also can commit crimes at the meets

You do indeed get to behave as irrational as you like. You also get to put "Judge" in your nick if you wish

I hold a very respectable position at the Post, have an uncanny sense of moral justice, and come from a deprived area East London.

May I be a judge? I'm - uh - highly respected. Ahem. And *thinks*... I have lots of money. And I'm a prince. *points at title*... in addition to the fact that I'm a philosopher, so I'm thoroughly logical and I can (pretend to) be fair and logical and stuff.

I would like to be a judge of this honourable court. As for the reasons why I should be endowed with this position I should like to point to the fact that I am a) male (and the court already features a considerable amount of female collegues) b) beginning to be in need for a whig c) a reputeable Member of this community for nearly two years d) while not of an enthic, of a social minority and finally because I e) have passed my first bar exam and am currently working on my PhD and should thus be capeable to frame my descisions with such reasons as to fully confuse anybody including myself.
