I've been here for a fair while now and there are a number of people I really bonded well with during that time. However, due to their own hectic lives they have had to leave h2g2 which, let's face it, is a pretty 'all or nothing' site to participate in. The world that you thought was getting smaller, suddenly got large again.
I miss them a lot.
And yes, the world is a I'm sure.

But the great thing is that you can come back and make a whole lot of new friends again.
I left for a good while due to computer problems and when I came back it was just like coming home again.

I would like to say I'm clever enough to create the illusion of a lens flare on my own but that lens flare filter on my paint program just makes life so darn easy.

This strip has been linked on my front page for a looooong time.
I remember I had this really good friend like 2 years ago here that said he had the prettiest wife and meanest cat on the block 
I never heard from him again after a while though
