First, an apology if I break any conventions, this my first time here. I will use ; to seperate your bits from my suggestions.

"simply to detain.Although, certain"; Either remove the although entirely or replace it with "However" and add a space before it.

"company's or an organizations policies"; should be "organisation's"

"to keep peace"; should be "to keep the peace"

"mall security responsibility"; should be "responsibilites"

"scared to crap of doing their proffesion"; should be "profession". Also "scared to crap" is a phrase I've never heard before (I would guess it's used locally?), consider revising.

"experience in emergency equipment, first aid, and be able to write notes, make reports, and any other specifications required by their employer."; change to "experience in using emergency equipment, carrying out first aid, writing notes, making reports, and any other specifications required by their employer."

"one of both services."; replace "both" with "these"

"equipped, as lets say..."; "let's"

"a 9mm pistol, only in some cases, a communication radio,"; this needs clarifying. Is it the radio or pistol that is only used in some cases? I'm guessing the pistol, in which case "in some cases a 9mm pistol" would be better.

"due partly for two"; replace "for" with "to"

"Most mall security"; remove the "most"

"they have a salary that they are paid."; replace with "they are paid a salary"

"Although the optional reflective vest does give off the impression that they as much power as an elementary school crossing guard"; I'm not sure what this means. I'm thinking there should be a comma at the end with some comment like "they can in fact shoot you in the head at will"
