... I have a question. If God exists, how do you know if he/she/it has received the message of your prayer? I mean that quite seriously. I wonder of you know the answer

Your first question, though you may not have intended it, was IF God (or gods) exists. That question is bound with your other question...
Inside each of us is the power to acknowledge a supreme deities existence. Some call it faith. Those who truly have this faith do not doubt that their prayers have been heard.
However, there are many out there who WANT to have faith...but have not found it. They pray, but still have doubts. The only way to remove those doubts is to find that faith...and sometimes it takes a very powerful event, or very big change, before they can.
