For a place where nothing's going on and where there's absolutely nothing to see, it's rather crowded, I believe..

*sighs, put up deckchair, opens bag, takes out large glass of G&T, a book & a discman, gets settled*
Oh, if you want to know, the book's "Kilo Class"/Patrick Robinson and the music's Danish singer Majbritte Ulrikkeholm, 'cos I thought one of her songs fitted Abi's order to move along rather well:
"I'm moving on
gonna find a place where I belong
I'm moving on
'till I find a way to get home"
(Majbritte Ulrikkeholm, CD of the same name, 1994)
(except I'm not moving on - I'll doggedly sit here waiting to see what happens...!)

*opens bag, rummages around for a bit, finally produces large tumbler, ice cubes (isn't virtual life easy? ), Tanqueray & tonic. Proceeds to mix G&T, topping off his own in the process*

from somewhere best not enquired into, opens book (The War of Don Emmanuel's Nether Parts, which is a great title if nothing else) and whiles away the hours until the fabled, or at least rumoured ot be fabled, Friday*
