Hello, and welcome to another week. At the moment I'm a little bunged up - yes, I've got the first cold of this winter. Hopefully you haven't - but if you have, check out http://www.h2g2.com/A452134 - it's got a whole list of how to prevent/cure colds.

Yes, cake makes up for a lot of things. If you're not sure of anything, go looking for cake!
And most of us don't know what we're doing, so don't be put off!
