Does anyone know what's going on with the Ripper series?? I want to sign up as an extra!

may contain spoilers for seasons 6 and 7.....read at your own risk
as giles is in seasons 6 and 7 a substantial amount of the time there is certainly no ripper until after season7 is finished. but they must have finished filming it in the states.....so i guess turning up on joss whedons door step and begging may get you a part.
