Very nice! I've worked on that myself. Only problem is the difference in height for http://www.h2g2.com/h2g2/skins/Classic/images/top_panic.jpg and

broelan, I'll make cut&paste-boxes soon! 
If you put the -tag outside the rest of the code it will work, but in some browsers (don't know if it's all) the text colour will change to the default colour for links. There's also other problems with this kind of "pictures". As the text *is* text, the size of it changes depending of browser settings, while the background doesn't always change.

The second one down doesn't work in alabaster, you need to set the font tag, and the backgrounds wrong in netscape but I don't know how to alter that yet, other than that they look good.
I have almost got the article we were talking about above right!
