What, an offer of a fictional lordship from a party standing in an unofficial election in a strange land I have to connect to by phone line? 
I wish the great Gnomon luck - mainly for his great hospitality when I met him in Dublin, and that I would consider him the finest candidate for such a post, if it ever actually existed. That and his extraordinary committment to the Guide.
Having said that, 'Skankyrich, Duke of Devon' has quite a ring to it
