I have two h2g2 real life badges, an h2g2 T-shirt, a note from the italics and an h2g2 mousepad. I could have had a coffee mug one year, but I turned it down.

I don't think the President does wield ultimate power. Even the ability to proclaim yourself as Official King seems like murky territory to me.
