I can remember that some guys did a test to see what drink bought water to the body faster.
The subjects were;
Powerade
Gatorage
Water
Funnily enough, Water and Powerade came in first equal, which makes you wonder what it is that they do to is to make is less effective than water.
Still, it tastes nice, and comes in a nice large well-packaged bottle doesn't it.
