It's art deco, combining the colours of goo, the ease of alabaster, and the customizability of brunel, as well as some extra buttons, such as one to The Post and others to the Clinic and Info pages.
The background is black fading to dark blue with silver and gold ornamentation and images of Titania, eagles, wings of mercury, etc.
